  2. How much is shipping?

    We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We also offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge.

  3. When will my order ship?

    Typically, orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 24 hours (excluding holidays).

  4. When will I receive my order?

    Most orders shipping in the U.S. will arrive within 3-4 days. Expedited shipping typically arrives in 2-3 days.

  1. How can I get a refund?

    If for any reason one of the products doesn't live up to your expectations, just let us know at any time in the first 30 days after your purchase. You can request a refund by submitting this form.

    Once we issue a refund, it can take 7-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. The number of days is dependent on your bank or credit card.

Warranty Information

Elgin® offers a standard 6 Month Limited Warranty on all of our products. This warranty can be extended an additional 6 months when the product is registered.

  1. I think my product is defective. How can I submit a warranty claim?

    At Elgin®, we stand by our products and will gladly repair or replace any product that is defective within the product's warranty period. If your product turns out to have a defect, you may submit a warranty claim here.

  2. Do you offer an extended warranty?

    Yes, we do! Simply fill out this form and we will extend our limited warranty for an additional 6 months.
