Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can track your shipment by logging in to your ElginUSA.com account or track your shipment here.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $29.95 or more. We also offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge.

Typically, orders placed Monday - Thursday will ship within 24 hours (excluding holidays).

Most orders shipping in the U.S. will arrive within 3-4 days. Expedited shipping typically arrives in 2-3 days.

If for any reason one of the products doesn't live up to your expectations, just let us know at any time in the first 30 days after your purchase. You can request a refund here.

Once we issue a refund, it can take 7-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. The number of days is dependent on your bank or credit card.

Warranty

Elgin® offers a standard 6 Month Limited Warranty on all of our products. This warranty can be extended an additional 6 months when the product is registered.

At Elgin®, we stand by our products and will gladly repair or replace any product that is defective within the product's warranty period. If your product turns out to have a defect, you may submit a warranty claim here.

Product Information

All Ruckus Earplug Earbuds are rated IP65 in accordance with international standard IEC 60529. This means they are completely sealed against dust and protected from low-pressure water from any direction.

First, delete any Rebel Bluetooth profiles from your phone and place both earbuds back in the case. The connection between the earbuds can be reset by removing both earbuds from the case and triple pressing the multi-function button on both earbuds within 3 seconds of each other.   The earbuds will make a 'rrring rrring' sound when it enters connection mode after triple-pressing. After re-connection, put them back in the case and take them out again to see them show up as 'Elgin Rebel' on your bluetooth.

Multi-Point Pairing a Device for the First Time:Turn on both speakers, then triple-click the multi-function button on one of them. They will both flash red and blue until you hear 3 tones confirming their connection. Then you may connect with Bluetooth and listen to music through both speakers.

Disconnecting Two Multi-point Speakers:With the speakers turned off, hold the multi-function button for 6 seconds to factory reset each speaker. Alternatively, while turned on you may triple-click the multi-function button, delete the Bluetooth profile from your phone, turn the speaker off and on, then reconnect with Bluetooth.
