We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We also offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge.

Typically, orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 24 hours (excluding holidays).

Most orders shipping in the U.S. will arrive within 3-4 days. Expedited shipping typically arrives in 2-3 days.

Elgin® offers a standard 6 Month Limited Warranty on all of our products. This warranty can be extended an additional 6 months when the product is registered.

Product Information

All Ruckus Earplug Earbuds are rated IP65 in accordance with international standard IEC 60529. This means they are completely sealed against dust and protected from low-pressure water from any direction.

First, delete any Rebel Bluetooth profiles from your phone and place both earbuds back in the case.
The connection between the earbuds can be reset by removing both earbuds from the case and triple pressing the multi-function button on both earbuds within 3 seconds of each other.
