30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In like-new condition
Clean and undamaged (beyond normal testing)
Returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
Returns may be denied if items are dirty, show excessive wear, are visibly damaged, or are missing components.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Gift cards
Opened replacement ear tips
Final-sale / clearance items
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Self-Service Returns
To begin a return, visit https://account.elginusa.com/ and enter the email used for your order. You can start your return and track status there.
Need help? Contact support anytime.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Fee (Standard Returns)
If you use our prepaid return label, a $5.50 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you choose to ship using your own method, you are responsible for those shipping costs.
Defective / Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong item:
We’ll provide a return label at no cost
The $5.50 fee is waived

For BOGO, Spend X Get Y Free, or Free Gift promotions:
Discounts are spread proportionally across all eligible items. If an item is returned, your refund equals the item’s price minus the proportional discount.
To receive a full refund, all promotional items must be returned (subject to our return policy).
If your refund hasn’t posted yet:

Contact your credit card company (posting can take time)
Contact your bank
If you still don’t see it, email support@elginusa.com.
We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email support@elginusa.com.
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is approved.
If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Return labels are provided through our portal or support.
For items over $75, consider a trackable service and/or insurance.
We aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
