Thumper

Purchase the thumpers for my camping trips. During the day, when loud music isn’t an issue, I use my larger boom box. However, later at night, I mount my two thumpers to my pop-up tent. We all have that one relative or friend who’s had too many drinks and wants to crank up the music loud enough to drown out everyone else. With the 2 Thumpers you can still enjoy the music and enjoy the night.

I originally ordered from this company because they were offering a promotional speaker with the headphones, which I thought was a great deal. I was actually planning to go with ISOtunes before seeing their promo.

The headphones themselves arrived and I do like them, but the speaker that was supposed to come with the promotion never showed up. I contacted customer service multiple times over the course of a few months, only to eventually be told the item was out of stock. At that point, it felt like the issue had simply been forgotten about rather than resolved.

It’s disappointing because I genuinely like the headphones and was even considering ordering earbuds from them as well. However, the way this situation was handled has made me hesitant to purchase from the company again. Hopefully they see this review and make it right.

I bougth in january , and in 3 months battery dead !!!!

The sound is the biggest draw back for me. It is extremely trembly with no modes to lessen it and have more bass for a more balanced sound. It is pretty cool how small it is, but it seems it can be a little more water and moisture resistant.

I've used my thumper around 6 times. I started to wonder why it wasn't sounding very good (already not very loud). Turns out the button for the light had fallen off, letting air escape making it sound horrible and the light unusable. Then I realized the rubber Elgin logo was also peeling back at the clip. Not a well made product. I'm not a contractor, just using it doing outside chores.
