Great quality and they stay in the ear all day, some of the issues i had are rubber plug comes off the earpiece and stays in my ear, at the beginning sometimes only one headphone would pair with phone what i did was take one out of the charger and place it in the lid and then get the other out and put it on my ear than place the other one in and i haven’t that any issues after that I've drop them more than a few times and they still work great, other issue is with the case some times light turns on and i dont notice and it drains my battery, a real great upgrade i wish they did its give us the option to leave mic on to be able to hear when you enter an area where you dont need earplugs and its a fast stop ask a question to someone and be able to hear them better
I've had an Elgin Ruckus for years and have been very satisfied with it. I read the reviews before buying the Rebel Earbuds and I should've listened to them because they have been extremely disappointing. The sound quality is amazing but they both constantly kick out and don't provide consistent, even sound. It's like a Bluetooth connectivity issue. This was everyone else's complaint also. I would like a refund.

These are the worst headphone I have ever used. They are a pain to get connected to the charging pins in the case, about 75% of the time when putting in the case they don’t charge. They are huge and don’t fit my ears well (never been an issue with other earbuds) the foam tips are very uncomfortable (I’m used to earring earplugs 12 hours a day) they disconnect and reconnect constantly from my device. The little rubber size bands aren’t even made correctly. There’s a little oval notch on the plastic of the earbud that’s supposed to line up with the same oval cutout on the rubber bands. Well when you line that up it doesn’t fit quite right and the earbuds don’t fit at all in the case. There’s band needs to be rotated 90 degrees to fit the case. Pretty low quality all around and I’m blown away these are even a finished product. Also apparently for the warranty (for a return) you need all the original paperwork and the box. Who keeps that? That’s one of the first things that goes in the bin right after that box it was shipped in. Hopefully I’m able to return them although it’s been 5 days since I requested a return so it’s doubtful they will respond at this point.
