genuinely good noise canceling wired earbud headphones! especially for the price. They quiet the outside chatter while funneling quality sound into your ears. I am only able to put the volume (iphone) around a 3rd of the way up, max halfway because they are just so capable and loud! The tactile volume hand controls located on the right headphone cord are quality. I’ve not had an issue making/taking calls, the caller can always hear me from the inner microphone and “siri” responds better than the phones own mic. My journey with Elgin started with a search for WIRED earbuds that have a hook around the ear because I am active and wanted to step away from the wireless frequencies. Let me tell you the dust, dirt, sweat resistant, noise canceling, ear protection and quality L shaped end of the cord “port” were unexpected blessings you simply dont find much these days. They sit on the ear very comfortably you dont even notice the over-the ear functionality, the adjustable earpiece fits snuggly in the ear and they do not pivot or fall out. My experience with Elgin headphones is sort of a stress test as I can be a brute at times…They lasted me about 9-10 months of daily use, and im talking rough, cord snagging, phone dropping and catching it by the headphones..(not the ideal use) but I didnt notice any deterioration until the 9 months mark. Which is very surprising because ai cycle, I run and am a very active person so they have really gone through it. The deterioration was a physical one! Not in quality; hear me a cord can only last so long being tugged before it gives. Ive purchased 2 this year (I wont need to open the second one until next year or the year after) my favorite headphones by far and a genuine winner of a brand. They come with a quality thick, cloth outside and felt feel inside-zip up travel case with a clasp! This time around I will take better care because I imagine they can last years. If you're someone like me who wants a high value competent product choose this brand. As an adult I havent come across an easier YES than Elgin headphones. Cheers

Looking for a headset that would plug into the smartphone, my car, and an airline seat using the USBC connection, the unit works perfectly with lots of functionality.

Like these earphones so far. Snug fit of the silicone earpieces really cut out a noisy background. Seem to be well made.
In fact they cut down so much background noise that I wish (and this is my only complaint so far) I could turn the volume down FURTHER as the one (1) notch of volume is plenty loud (could be less...).

Just a few days in but love them so far
