Rumble Wired

I like my earbuds, I bought some specifically to use while motorcycling. I'm aware they're not motorcycle earbuds but with the noise canceling it seemed like a good option. They've been great, last about 6 months per pair, but pretty soon after getting them due to using a helmet alongside frequent use they start falling apart. They do last for a while and you can still use them but they don't look the best. Overall pretty good, I buy wired so it's only $30 whenever they break. Thank you!

Cord is a little short

I bought a new pair of wire earphones because I thought my last pair were dead. When I got my new pair I realized the old pair were still kicking and now I have 2 pairs so it all worked out !

I was extremely excited to receive and use my new rumble wired headphones, however, I can't help but question the overall product quality from the company due to the immediate failure of my product.

I was satisfied with the customer service / warranty procedure, however the immediate failure of my product caused significant hardship for my work week.

Any additional efforts to remedy the situation and improve my opinion of the company and/or product quality would be massively appreciated.

I recently purchased a pair of rumble wired headphones and while listening to audio books or podcasts there is 1-2 seconds where the sound doesn't come in after a pause in speech (such as the end of a sentence or after a comma). This makes them completely unusable for either of those applications because you end up missing out on so much important information. I reached out and was told I could send them back and get a new pair, but they would most likely do the same. I don't know what company would sell a product with such a major flaw.
