Great Product and Awesome Customer Service

I ordered a set of these when they were BOGO free and did not know i got an extra one until both arrived. I had the older version of the Discord, which did not allow you to change out the ear tips. I called customer service and within a couple of minutes they said they would be replacing my old ones with the newer style for free. I have had the new style for almost a year on 6-30-24. the only issue I've had is the wire pulling out of where the charger plugs in, on the side as well. I've already contacted customer service regarding this and am waiting for a response. Would definitely recommend this brand.

Connectivity awesome!

I had been using a competitor’s product for several years. Was never really pleased with the connectivity, mic quality. After a few weeks with these, everything seems to be working great so far. No messing around with the Bluetooth settings or powering down and powering up, etc. Only downside with the company so far has been that the over the year models were out of stock.
