Headphones are cool but not loud enough for my liking.
Let me start by saying this, at my old site, we had only 1 “approved headphone” option, (the earbuds from “the other brand”), and they were absolutely horrible. When I transferred to my current site last month, I was so excited to see they had 4 whole headphone options; and I immediately ordered these.
Obviously because I work at A WAREHOUSE, (why else would you order these types of headphones), the earbuds wouldn’t even stay in my ear for more than 2 minutes due to all of the constant movement/sweat. So, I went with these overhead headphones.
Given the built in limitations of these types of headphones, (not to mention comparison with the previous pair), I think these are overall pretty decent. The sound quality, volume, battery life, ease of use, and durability are all okay.
However, I definitely agree with what other reviewers are saying regarding the comfortability aspect. The headphones aren’t very adjustable; my head and ears are definitely on the smaller size of the spectrum, and these are still way too tight and squeezey. It feels like an octopus has had its tentacles attached over my ears for hours when I take these off.
I also didn’t appreciate that these didn’t come with any sort of case or even a drawstring bag. Also, I had to hunt down the “user guide” in order to figure out how to skip tracks (long press “volume up” button). A small instruction sheet detailing basic functionality could have been included. It could have been stored inside of the hypothetical bag or case that I feel like these should have come with given the price.
I have just ordered the Elgin brand in-ear headphones after seeing recommendations from coworkers and hope that these will be more comfortable. I’m still going to use these as well, but in smaller increments of time.
I got the discord but the rampage has never been delivered to my address.
First of all, they are very tight; after a few hours of use my ears hurt too much. Secondly the material seems fragile because some corners broke before a month of use, until the point between the right earpiece and the band broke into several pieces.
I emailed the company because I received the wrong ear buds and they immediately fix the issue I’m very content with the outcome!
