Trouble connecting at first but worked out fine in the end the only difference is the voice that tells you when it's connecting is different overall happy with the replacement so far. battery lasted for the entirety of my 10 hour shift at 65-75% volume which is exactly what I need for machining all day
It’s been a journey, Murphy’s Law came to cycle! Despite that Elgin’s customer support is excellent when handling unfortunate situations! My first pair’s sound quality impressed me immediately but stopped pairing together and would not pair together. I brought this problem to Elgin and after verifying the product with the support team a resolution set was sent to me. The next set must of gotten damaged in transport and when I discovered this. The Elgin support team facilitated the expedition of the replacement parts first the case and then the right ear bud on discovery that it was also broken. Now about a week or so out after pairing the new set together and using them everyday I can say they sound great and are working well!
Earbud is good. Still disappointed that the original left earbud went bad just a few months out of warranty

The right earbud has a different audio volume and also has a extremely short rang compared to the original.
