Rampage

I like the fit and audio sound but it was a little too bulky on my head. It couldn't comfortably fit under my welding oxygen helmet unlike a gun range ear muffs. Also it's noise consolidation was good but there was a loud cracking noise from the speaker cover and air pressure on the inside anytime I would move. I decided not to use them for work but for playing games at home.

I ordered 1 rumble and 2 rampage a month ago. First delivery was 3 pair of ear buds, no Rampage. After contacting customer service via email, receiving 1 response asking for proof, I was notified of a second shipment a week later after calling and leaving a message with customer service. Second shipment was the same 2 ear buds as the first incorrect shipment. I have not heard from customer service to correct the second set of wrong product yet. I can't recommend Elgin due to such poor customer service.

Wish it still had the mesh to hide speakerbox

The last headphone you delivered is not a good quality because I can not hear a call even lessening a music.
It very unfortunate and would like to hear your advice and what to do.

Mine came with the plastic showing, I thought that was the way they were supposed to be. I work in a high noise environment so they have to block out the noise. They don't and I think it is because the pad that covers the plastic was not on my set. I am still trying to get them to send me a pair that works. I can not hear my books, because the noise canceling does not work. I hope they fix this.
