Love the concept, love the protection. Love the high reduction. I can def hear the quiet podcasts in my truck, the ones that I cant hear over truck noise in other headphone options. Love the built in light, it does warm up pretty quick..

I'll say that making the ear cups smaller, narrower at the bottom.. I mean, it looks marketable.. but I'd opt for ear cups that would be larger and fit all the way over my ear.. I think most ear cups are too small already, not a fan of them pressing on my upper ear and would rather they sell on my head around the ear so that ear fatigue after all day use is reduced.. I wear ear defenders of some sort all day most days and it's an issue with most of them
Also, I often wear headphones under my welding helmet and the thicker band on these can be a bit much to get under all of that.

I do like them though, just hoping to sway future options for slim head bands, and big ear cups.

They hold a charge forever, I love the sound and the quality of them. Will definitely buy them again!

I normally care about whether or not headphones are comfortable but I care more about functionality than anything else due to my current work conditions. I had purchased three pairs of work headphones all from different brands prior to this purchase and all three have broken within a four month time frame. The fact that this pair arrived before Christmas was already a relief so first and foremost, thank you to Elgin and USPS for the quick shipping. Second, the 40 decible noise reduction caught me off guard and I didn't believe it was true when I read it and after checking the only other review on this product (at the time of this purchase), I decided to take the chance and purchase these headphones. I was NOT disappointed at all. The earmuffs alone provide great protection more or less within my employer's workplace required regulations for noise reduction (because they're weird about it) and the earbuds provide the additional protection and overall the headset has really good sound quality up to my personal standards for headphones which definitely helps because I'm always picky about that when purchasing headphones. I'm also happy they arrived with all the different silicone and foam tips for the inner earbuds. Mine came with 3 different size foam tips, 2 different sizes silicone tips, and then 2 different size normal earbud tips which absolutely helps because I have sensory issues within my ear cannals and can't use specific shape or material ear tips without fidgeting with it and breaking things. The instructions are simplified and easy to follow and they even sent the correct charging cord plus a AUX audio cord. So far it's pretty durable and I'm happy about that so now I'm hoping it can take a little bit of a beating because I buy my products for long-term use. Back to the noise reduction. The 40 decible reduction checks out. I couldn't hear literally dang-near anything which is impressive in itself and the only reason I could hear anybody speak clearly through the reduction is because my bosses have loud voices and I was unlucky enough to inherit my dad's super hearing so the extra reduction helps with my hearing sensitivity and normally overwhelming background noise. Bluetooth connection is super simple and works just like completely normal earbuds. Now a quick word of information to anyone wanting to purchase these. The carrying case itself doesn't really feel like it's durable from the outside but it's designed like that on purpose! A thin foam exterior and harder interior (that's what it feels like to me) is better for shock-absorbing drop-proof protection so it generally keeps everything safer inside the case that way. That's normal! I see a lot of headsets get bad reviews and/or conflicted reviews for that only for me to purchase the headsets and the carrying cases be completely fine so I just wanted to clarify that. The case is also well-built in my opinion.

My review simplified is great sound quality, great noise reduction, good durability for both the headset and the case, ease of use and functionality is great, comfort is adjustable and also great, and the shipping got it here quickly and on time before Christmas.

10/10 headset, definitely worth the extra money, and would absolutely purchase again. Thank you Elgin!!!
