Pros:
2-sizes of foams to try
Volume control actually works, doesn't try to run other phone apps
Noise reduction is good with larger foam covers

always great products

Good standard

I have had these for the full summer at this point. They are fantastic for doing yard work. Recently I had lost them in the yard. They were out there for about 2 weeks through multiple rain storms. They still work perfectly. Gotta give these a thumbs up for durability and waterproofing.

As a professional landscape designer and installer I have been purchasing these headsets for the last two seasons. They block out the sound of loud equipment very well, have great sound quality and are durable. I have had them pulled out of my ears by tree branches more times than I can count, wet in the rain and with sweat and they generally take it. I have lost a couple to mishaps, like mistakenly dipping one earbud into a pool that I was leaning over, but overall they have been great. There have been two instances where after much use there was a malfunction. My last set just refused to charge one day for example.
The customer service and warranty claim procedure is excellent, very easy to deal with and prompt. I have had a replacement sent twice now when something wasn’t right and was not a fault of my own.
I will continue to purchase these headsets without hesitation as they have proven to be very dependable, and if not, Elgin is very good about honoring their warranty.
