Rebel Replacement Earbud

I recieved my replacement earbud quickly. It was easy to pair to the existing esrbud, but the replacement does not sit in the case properly and my phone connects to it in its case. The earbud also has a much weaker connection than the original. When listening to music/books with both units in, it will cut in and out and swap between stereo and mono if I walk around or move too much. I love the rebels but am disappointed in the replacement ear bud.

How to pair ANY of their earbuds is on their overall FAQ and not just the rebel FAQ. First, press both buttons 3 times while they are pairing (after deleting any on you rphone or wherever that it is paired to currently) you should then hear it go rnng rnnng. when you hear that, put them in the case then close it. Then reopen and take htem out, and repair them to whatever device you want them on. I ALSO wish they'd make it more clear as I had trouble finding that on the FAQ as i'm a derp, maybe put it on the rebels AND the general FAQ and even the manual. But meh. But here ya go. I've replaced them quite a bit, more because i'm not careful with them and don't maintain them well. Overall, I love how you can just replace a single part. Cheers
