Foam Replacement Ear Tips

Did not fix left ear piece problem

They get the job done, as other reviews state, they did come a little squished and i honestly dont think they will unform from the squishness but they get the job done. I ordered large as that is what came with them originally but after sweating as much as i have and how hot my job is getting, my ears are hurting from the large size so i may reorder small and try those out in the future. Still wish my company had ordered extras but according to them, they said they will not be ordering any so i have to pay out of pocket to get them, unfortunate. Other than the squishness, they get the job done.

Ordered the replacement memory foam tips and they fit and work like a charm...am very pleased

I have a pair of those orange Elgin Discord Limited headsets that are recommended for warehouse work, and they come with pretty nice foam tips.

Bought a pair of the large tips as a replacement when they started wearing down and they're incredibly uncomfortable. They seem to fit in my ear so the size isn't the problem. They are incredibly dense feeling though and it leads to discomfort throughout the day. They're also smaller, as well as the opening that attaches to the earbuds. So it becomes very difficult to actually place on your headset.

It's unfortunate they couldn't just send replacements that already come with the original headset. I might try the "small" and hope the density isn't as bad, but I definitely recommend against the large even if they fit in your ears. Incredible discomfort.

They do not fit in the hole of new plugs, as I am sure you know as I read other reviews.
