Works as should. Happy with purchase.

I went on website to figure out how to sync earbugs. An idea would be to include slip explaining procedure in shipment. Sync'ed easily, works as should.

Replacement earbud

I read so many reviews about people buying a replacement earbud and not being able to get BOTH earbuds right and left, to both have sound. That is exactly the problem i have. I have factory reset both earbuds and paired them.both many many times with no luck. Every time, either the left will have spund or the right will have sound. If I can return this earbud I will. My last one fell apart when I dropped it. So the quality of the product is not very sturdy or well built for a work environment. If you count the price I paid for the initial set and now the replacement, I am now out upwards of nearly $200 for a set of earbuds that i have used very very little.

I love the set. But this replacement will NOT! Connect to my existing ear bud. It will connect to my phone. ( but it’s individually) love the product but if you loose one or damage them. Just order a whole new set.

Not happy at F”@king all!

I left you guys a great review, love the product! Ordered a replacement cuz I dropped one in in a fresh weld (100% my flat) and this dang thing like many others will not lick with my existing one. So that tells me it’s it’s not user error. Love the product but explain to me why it won’t pair. If I wanted one ear bud I would use one ear bud???
