The thing that makes me happiest about any new pair of Bluetooth headphones is the amount someone else can hear me speaking with the absolute least effort after starting the call. This includes not needing to adjust or fish out the microphone to make anything sound better. Even with the wind from moving up to 30 mph on my scooter, and in combination with noise reduction features on my smartphone, no one has asked me to repeat myself during any type of call. Even during food deliveries where the apps route phone calls through several relay networks. This headset is my newest favorite in terms of build quality. There is one gripe I have that's not worth complaining here about because I discovered it affects a limited number of the product. Support helped to my satisfaction, and this won't lose any stars as a result.

Best work headphones ever, I work in an environment that is consistently noisy, and help so much with blocking out the noise. I wish I had know about them years ago.

Met the Elgin rep ate Equip expo and he was very knowledgeable about their products and he figured out what would work well for me. Received them in the mail and set up very easy. Connected quickly to my phone. I am able to listen to my books on tape while working and still am able to hear if the equipment is not sounding good. Great product and iw oddly buy these again.

Sound quality is amazing, Ive had these earbuds for around a year and I wont use any others.

Thank you for the quick response. I received it quickly. I also got an extra one i guess im like by Elgin USA.
