Works as intended, could use a few tweaks to make it great.

Overall, I'm happy with these headphones. I work in a very noisy fab shop, and the hearing protection is appreciated. They block sharp, loud sounds fairly well - but you have to get them perfectly placed in your ear holes. Too far in and you can't hear audio playing, and most of the time they either get caught and pull themselves out of the sweet spot or slip out due to wax so I have to constantly adjust them. The main complaint I have is the ridiculous fact that all notifications (min/max volume, power on/off) are at MAX VOLUME... why?! The cheaper Elgin headphones do this at whatever the current volume is. What's the point of hearing protection if the notifications blast your eardrums?

Purchased this product to use for a power plant environment. everything works great with the headset except it does not pair with Motorola headsets with HSP Bluetooth connectivity.
