2nd time Ive ordered a replacement and no matter what, issues arise. Ive owned 4 sets of these over the years and use them about 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The sound is the best in the business but as the years go by, the new sets have nothing but trouble (connecting, syncing, pairing). This is the second time ordering a single side replacement with no luck pairing, even with a representative on the phone trying to help.
Called multiple times a week for 2 months before getting a hold of anyone, but when I finally did they resolved my issues in minutes. Good product, I like them a lot.
I love my Rebels
I emailed Elgin because I had ordered the wrong side. They promptly got back to me and rectified the situation. I have bought other products from them and everything has always gone smoothly. The Rebels are an awesome product.
I LOVE my Rebel ear buds. I lost one and needed replacement. The first one just would not sync with the existing one. Took a LONG time communicating with Elgin but finally received a replacement and it synced up fine so back in action
